Rider safety is our top priority.
In the rare event that severe weather, wildfire conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances make it unsafe to hold the ride, the Tour de Outback team may need to postpone or cancel the event.
Because the event is a nonprofit fundraiser and many costs are incurred well in advance, registrations are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
However, if changes become necessary, we will communicate with riders promptly and clearly regarding any updates, postponements, or alternative plans.
